Allie Zunski is an associate in the New York office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. She is a member of the employment and trade secret litigation practice, which represents employers in disputes involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, wage and hour, misappropriation of trade secrets, and other employment law matters.
Prior to law school, Allie was a director of human resources for a mid-sized company. In that role, she oversaw company compliance with various federal statutes and regulations pertaining to employment and benefits, including the Fair Labor Standards Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, Affordable Care Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and Equal Employment Opportunity Act, as well as state statutes and regulations that complement or expand federal law, including applicable state wage and hour and paid sick leave requirements. Allie also managed full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee performance monitoring, and severance, in addition to employee dispute resolution.
Prior to joining the firm, Allie clerked for the Honorable Steven Tiscione of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Mark R. Colombell of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
Allie is admitted in Connecticut and Maryland. She is not yet admitted to practice in New York and therefore not authorized to practice law in New York.
