Alison G. Johnson is a corporate partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she focuses on the representation of emerging companies at all stages of growth, advising them on venture capital and other financings, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate governance matters. She also represents venture capital firms and angel investors.

Alison’s clients include both locally based and national companies across the country in a wide range of industries, including e-commerce, SaaS, biotechnology, and agtech.

Prior to rejoining the firm in 2021, Alison served as Holland & Hart’s firmwide chair of the food and beverage and consumer products industry group. She joined that firm in 2010 and made partner in 2016. Alison began her legal career as a corporate associate in Wilson Sonsini’s Palo Alto office.

Alison is practicing virtually in Idaho, where she is licensed.
