Alicia Sontag is a complex litigation associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Alicia's diverse practice includes representing companies and directors in stockholder class actions and corporate governance and fiduciary duty matters, as well as in various antitrust, commercial, and internet and data privacy matters. Alicia has experience litigating cases from inception of an action through discovery, dispositive motion practice, trial, and appeal across federal and state courts. She has also assisted clients with internal investigations, as well as investigations led by various government agencies, including the Securities and Exchange Commission, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, and Department of Justice.

In addition to her complex litigation practice, Alicia maintains an active pro bono practice. She has represented clients in federal court on civil rights and human rights matters, including obtaining a rare denial of qualified immunity. She has also obtained post-conviction relief vacating a criminal conviction on behalf of a survivor of trafficking.

During law school, Alicia was an intern for the Attorney General of California. Prior to law school, Alicia taught English in Madrid, Spain.
