Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati has again been recognized among the best U.S. law firms for racial and ethnic minority attorneys, ranking No. 3 on Law360's 2017 Diversity Snapshot in the group of firms that employ more than 600 attorneys. In addition, Wilson Sonsini ranked No.1 on the publication's list of the top firms for minority equity partners.    

Surveying more than 300 U.S. firms, Law360 categorized law firms according to size: 20-149 attorneys, 150-299 attorneys, 300-599 attorneys, and 600-plus attorneys. The rankings are based on four factors: (1) the percentage of minority attorneys, (2) the percentage of non-partners who are minorities, (3) the percentage of minority partners, both equity and non-equity, and (4) the percentage of minority equity partners. The publication surveyed U.S. firms about their overall and minority head count numbers as of December 31, 2016.
