Firm Named Among "America's Best Corporate Law Firms" for 2016

On May 25, 2016, NYSE Governance Services and FTI Consulting announced the results of the 2016 America's Best Corporate Law Firms study, a comprehensive ranking of the top 25 national corporate law firms by U.S. corporate directors and general counsel of publicly traded companies across the country. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati is ranked No. 16 nationally as identified by directors and No. 15 nationally as identified by general counsel.

The study reflects the views of nearly 700 participating directors and general counsel of publicly traded companies. Conducted from December 2015 to April 2016, the survey was part of NYSE Governance Services' annual Law in the Boardroom study.
