Asian Legal Business announced the finalists for its 24th annual ALB Hong Kong Law Awards, which celebrate the outstanding performance of private practitioners and in-house teams in Hong Kong. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati has been named a finalist for "Deal Firm of the Year."

In addition to the firm recognition, head of Wilson Sonsini’s Greater China practice Weiheng Chen has been named a finalist for "Dealmaker of the Year" and "Managing Partner of the Year."

A Wilson Sonsini-led deal is also shortlisted in the Awards' deal category. Webull Corporation's business combination with SK Growth Opportunities Corporation has been named a finalist for "M&A Deal of the Year."
