Earlier this week, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati was selected as a finalist in the "Education Law Firm of the Year" category of the 17th Annual ALB China Law Awards 2020 presented by Asian Legal Business. Additionally, firm attorney Dan Ouyang was selected as a finalist in the "Dealmaker of the Year (International)" category.

The selections are based on legal achievements made in 2019 and the prestigious awards pay tribute to the outstanding performance of private practitioners and in-house teams in China. The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on August 6, 2020.
