Wilson Sonsini’s Court of Chancery work includes representing Twitter in litigation with Elon Musk, defending Palantir Technologies in a case that ended with an approved settlement that included corporate reforms, and securing a dismissal for Roku in a stockholder derivative suit. The firm also obtained a dismissal for Fox Corp. in Chancery Court litigation dealing with whether, under Delaware statute, certain types of companies “need to obtain separate class votes from their stockholders in order to amend their charters to adopt officer exculpation provisions.”
