On June 18, 2024, the National Law Journal published its annual survey of the top 500 largest law firms in the United States based on the previous year. With more than 900 surveys sent to various law firms, the publication determined the 500 largest U.S.-centric firms by headcount. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati ranked No. 33 of 500 with 1,089 total attorneys (a 4.3 percent increase from the previous year).

Additionally, Wilson Sonsini was recognized as the largest firm in California, the state with the second largest number of attorneys in the survey.
