These awards celebrate the world’s leading lawyers, economists, and enforcers and the most significant cases from 2025. The winners will be announced at GCR’s 16th Annual Awards Ceremony on March 24 in Washington, D.C.

Wilson Sonsini’s antitrust team played a crucial role in advising BrightSpring Health Services, a leading provider of home and community-based health services, as the approved divestiture buyer following a significant settlement between UnitedHealth Group and Amedisys with the Department of Justice regarding their $3.3 billion merger.
