On August 14, 2025, the National Legal Aid & Defender Association (NLADA) announced that Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati is among 30 firms that will be honored with the 2025 Beacon of Justice Award, which recognizes honorees for their efforts to advance equal justice for families and communities.

Through innovative pro bono work, the 2025 Beacon of Justice honorees have demonstrated how legal advocacy can create meaningful, lasting change for individuals, families, and communities. All 2025 Beacon Award winners are being recognized based on their 2024 pro bono achievements.

The Beacon of Justice awardees will be celebrated at the 2025 NLADA Exemplar Awards Gala in Washington, D.C., on September 24, 2025. Pro Bono Partner Luke Liss will accept the award on the firm’s behalf.
