This month, the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation released its 2026 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), the national benchmark for workplace policies, practices, and benefits impacting LGBTQ+ employees. For the sixth consecutive year, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati earned the top score of 100 and was recognized as an “Equality 100 Award: Leader in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion” recipient.
