In January 2025, the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation published its 2025 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), the national benchmarking report on corporate policies, practices, and benefits pertinent to LGBTQ+ employees. For the fifth year running, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati received a top score of 100 and was designated a 2025 “Equality 100 Award: Leader in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion” recipient.

According to the HRC, “To earn top ratings, these employers took concrete steps to establish and implement comprehensive policies, benefits and practices that ensure greater equity for LGBTQ workers and their families.”

The CEI rates companies on detailed criteria falling under four central pillars:

• Non-discrimination policies across business entities;
• Equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families;
• Supporting an inclusive culture; and
• Corporate social responsibility.
