In August 2023, Asian Legal Business published its shortlist for the 22nd annual ALB Hong Kong Law Awards, which celebrates the outstanding performance of private practitioners and in-house teams in Hong Kong. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati was named a finalist for "Hong Kong Law Firm of the Year." Summit Healthcare's acquisition corporation merger with YS Biopharma was also named a finalist for "Equity Market Deal of the Year." Wilson Sonsini advised YS Biopharma on the transaction.

In addition to the firm awards, the head of Wilson Sonsini’s Greater China practice Weiheng Chen was named a finalist for "Managing Partner of the Year," partner Dan Ouyang was named a finalist for "Woman Lawyer of the Year," and partner Winfield Lau was named a finalist for the "Taylor Root Award Young Lawyer of the Year (Law Firm)."
