On September 4, 2025, Pointsville, a platform for digital asset infrastructure and loyalty, announced the successful completion of its Series A funding round led by Valor Capital Group, with participation from global investors and industry leaders. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Valor Capital on the transaction.

Pointsville will use proceeds from the financing to accelerate product development, expand partnerships, and scale infrastructure to meet global demand.
