On September 9, 2026, Harvey announced a $550 million funding round led by Diffusion and Lightspeed Venture Partners. Existing investors Sequoia, Kleiner Perkins, a16z, Coatue, Conviction, Elad Gil, Evantic Capital, GIC, Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Verified Capital, and WNDR participated in the round. New investors include Diffusion, Lightspeed, Sapphire Ventures, and Whale Rock. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Evantic Capital on the transaction.
