On October 8, 2026, Atrium Therapeutics, a biopharmaceutical company advancing precision cardiology by developing RNA therapeutics targeted to the heart, announced that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement with a group of leading institutional investors for a private placement financing. The financing is expected to result in aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $50 million, before deducting placement agent fees and other offering expenses. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Atrium Therapeutics on patent matters related to the transaction.

The private placement includes participation from Sirenia Capital Management LP, Aberdeen Investments, Montanova, Sessa Capital, Casdin Capital, and others and is expected to close on or about October 9, 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
