On July 15, 2020, Ascentage Pharma Group International (Ascentage Pharma) completed its placing of an aggregate of 15,000,000 placing shares (through Citi and J.P. Morgan as the placing agents) to not less than six placees at the placing price of HK$46.80 per share.

Ascentage Pharma is a globally-focused, clinical-stage biotechnology company engaged in developing novel therapies for cancers, hepatitis B virus, or HBV, and age-related diseases.
