China Business Law Journal has selected Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati partner Weiheng Chen for its annual A-List China's Elite 50 Lawyers (Foreign Firms). Chen heads the firm's Greater China practice in the Hong Kong office.

Chen has represented clients in connection with some of the largest and most significant M&A and capital market deals in a variety of industries, including technology, media and telecom, healthcare, consumer, and financial institutions. He has also worked on a large number of private equity and venture capital investments, and going-private and restructuring transactions in China, involving private equity and venture capital firms and multinational corporations. In addition, he has advised on many high-profile securities offerings, including Hong Kong IPOs and SEHK listings, as well as U.S. public offerings and NYSE/Nasdaq listings.
