A guide to the 30 leading lawyers and forensic advisers in the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act space, the list is based on extensive market research by GIR’s journalists.

Tarek is recognized as an FCPA Practitioner to watch. This category honors attorneys with developing practices who are already making waves and attracting plenty of admirers. Indeed, various industry insiders describe them as some of the best practitioners in the space. In the accompanying profile, GIR notes that Tarek has already made an impression on the FCPA bar, with many singling him out as a lawyer on the rise. They also considered the FCPA cases practitioners have handled, paying particular attention to those cases seen as notable successes.
