Generative AI offers the ability to simulate oral argument, anticipate judicial concerns, and sharpen advocacy – an extremely helpful tool when preparing for courtroom advocacy. This article also explores various ways Generative AI can strengthen oral advocacy, such as identifying judicial concerns and spotting critiques in your argument, and six guardrails to have in place when using AI. Generative AI will not be replacing the trial lawyer but would be a powerful courtroom ally to utilize.
