On March 12, 2018, Nutanix, a leading enterprise cloud computing company, announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Netsil, an application discovery and operations management provider that enables state-of-the-art observability in modern distributed cloud environments. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
