She is a 2021 Forbes NEXT Honoree, was named to the 2021 Female Founders 100 by Inc. Magazine, and was honored as a “Unicorn” by Philadelphia Magazine. Dr. Lyles-Williams is recognized as the first African American Queer woman to own and lead a biopharmaceutical manufacturing company.
