On October 17, 2022, the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA), the nation's largest Asian Pacific American membership organization that represents the interests of over 60,000 attorneys, judges, law professors, and law students, announced the honorees of their “Best Under 40" award. Wilson Sonsini partner Jennifer Fang was among the 11 individuals selected for the award. Recipients of the “Best Under 40" award will receive the award and be honored at the NAPABA convention in Las Vegas on November 3-6.

The "Best Under 40" award recipients are talented individuals within the Asian American Pacific Islander legal community under the age of 40 who have achieved prominence and distinction in their fields of endeavor—be it the practice of law, academia, business, civic and charitable affairs, the judiciary, or politics—and who have demonstrated a strong commitment to Asian American Pacific Islander civic or community affairs.

The accompanying profile highlights Jennifer's work with growing start-ups to enterprises and her experience in negotiating and executing a variety of corporate transactions, including conversions, spinouts, debt and equity financings, public offerings, PIPEs, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures.
