Jonathan Jacobson Recognized as a "2016 Competition Law MVP" by Law360

Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati partner Jonathan Jacobson has been named a "2016 Competition Law MVP" by Law360. Winners were selected by Law360's editors after reviewing more than 1,000 submissions.

In a profile, Jonathan is recognized for helping Hebei Welcome Pharmaceutical and North China Pharmaceutical Group (NCPG) fight a $147 million judgment all the way to a landmark international comity ruling by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, which vacated the judgment against Hebei and NCPG in September 2016. He is also noted for his work representing Live Nation Entertainment in a monopolization case that was brought by a rival concert promoter and dismissed by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit in February 2016.
