Firm Advises Viktor on $75 Million Series A
On May 19, 2026, Viktor, a start-up building agentic AI coworkers, announced it has raised a $75 million Series A led by London-based venture capital firm Accel with participation from Bek Ventures, Kaya VC, Inovo VC, and Tenacity Capital. Angel investors, including Slack co-founders Stewart Butterfield and Cal Henderson, Synthesia CEO Victor Riparbelli, and executives from Google DeepMind, Figma, and ElevenLabs also participated in the funding round. Wilson Sonsini Advises BioOrbit on $13.2 Million Seed Round
On April 30, 2026, BioOrbit, a space manufacturing company developing hardware for the large-scale crystallization of protein drugs, announced the completion of a $13.2 million (£9.8 million) seed round co-led by LocalGlobe and BREEGA, with support from Seedcamp, Auxxo Female Catalyst Fund, Type One Ventures, 7percent Ventures and other investors. Wilson Sonsini Advises Alianza on Acquisition of Metaswitch
On March 4, 2025, Alianza, Inc., the world’s first cloud-orchestrated, AI-powered communications platform dedicated to service providers, announced the completion of its acquisition of Metaswitch from Microsoft, executing on the Definitive Agreement announced in December 2024. Financing of the transaction was provided by existing Alianza investors and a syndicate of commercial banks led by Wells Fargo. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Alianza on the transaction.
The combined offerings of Metaswitch and Alianza will enable service providers to close a massive gap in their ability to grow services revenue and improve operational efficiency by modernizing core networks, unlocking new innovative offerings, and ultimately transforming network operations. With the close of this transaction, Alianza will serve a combined customer base of more than 1,000 communication service providers, including 19 of the top 20 global operators. Alianza will continue to support Metaswitch’s existing product offerings while integrating its cloud-native technology into a unified product portfolio.

Firm Advises Ahren, OMX Ventures, +ND Capital, and Fine Structures Ventures on Constructive Bio’s $58 Million Series A
On September 24, 2024, Constructive Bio, a pioneering synthetic genomics company, announced that it has secured $58 million in the first close of its Series A financing, bringing the total amount raised by the company to date to $75 million. The round was led by Ahren Innovation Capital, OMX Ventures, and Paladin Capital Group with participation from Fine Structure Ventures, +ND Capital, and Abcam-founder Jonathan Milner. Firm Advises Oxbotica on $140 Million Series C Financing
On January 11, 2023, autonomous vehicle software maker Oxbotica announced that it has raised $140 million in a Series C financing. With this round of financing, Oxbotica has raised approximately $225 million to date. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Oxbotica on this transaction and also advised the company on its $47 million Series B investment in January 2021.
