On March 31, 2026, NVIDIA announced it has invested $2 billion in Marvell Technology as part of a strategic partnership to connect Marvell to the NVIDIA AI factory and AI-RAN ecosystem through NVIDIA NVLink Fusion™. This partnership offers customers building on NVIDIA architectures greater choice and flexibility in developing next-generation infrastructure. Wilson Sonsini Advises Cloudflare on $2.0 Billion Convertible Senior Notes
On June 17, 2025, Cloudflare, Inc. issued $2.0 billion aggregate principal amount of 0% Convertible Senior Notes due 2030. The offering amount included the exercise in full of the option that Cloudflare had granted to the initial purchasers to purchase up to an additional $250 million of notes. In connection with the offering, Cloudflare entered into privately negotiated capped call transactions with certain of the initial purchasers or their respective affiliates and other financial institutions.

Wilson Sonsini Advises Big Sur AI on $6.9 Million Seed Round
On March 13, 2024, Big Sur AI, an AI platform for e-commerce, announced a $6.9 million seed round to democratize and simplify access to AI for retailers and brands. The round, which was led by Lightspeed Venture Partners and included participation from Capital F and several angel investors, comes as part of the launch of the company’s flagship product, an AI Sales Agent, which offers enhanced product discovery and assisted shopping experience to online shoppers at merchant websites. Firm Advises Amphastar on Acquisition of BAQSIMI
On April 24, 2023, Eli Lilly and Company and global pharmaceutical company Amphastar announced that Lilly agreed to divest low blood sugar drug BAQSIMI to Amphastar. On April 7, 2022, Viz.ai, a leading AI-powered disease detection and care coordination platform, announced it has raised a $100 million funding round at a $1.2 billion valuation. The Series D round was led by Tiger Global and Insight Partners. Early backers, including Scale Ventures, Kleiner Perkins, Threshold, GV (formerly Google Ventures), Sozo Ventures, CRV, and Suza also participated in the round. The new funds will be used to support Viz.ai's growth, expand the "Viz Platform" to detect and triage additional diseases, and grow its customer base globally.

On October 15, 2021, Bakkt Holdings, LLC, the digital asset marketplace founded in 2018, announced that it has completed the previously announced business combination with VPC Impact Acquisition Holdings, a special purpose acquisition company. The combined company now operates as Bakkt Holdings, Inc., and Bakkt’s shares of Class A common stock and warrants began trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbols “BKKT” and “BKKT WS”, respectively, starting Monday, October 18, 2021.
