On February 6, 2026, the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) issued a partial award (the Partial Award) in a dispute between Leed Education Holding Limited, National Education Holding Limited, and Hyde Education Holding Limited (collectively, the Claimants) and Minsheng Vocational Education Company Limited (the Respondent), a subsidiary of Minsheng Education Group Company Limited (Minsheng Education). Wilson Sonsini represents the Claimants in the arbitration.

Wilson Sonsini Secures Refusal of Application for Urgent Anti-Suit Injunction on Behalf of Sinovac at Hong Kong High Court
On June 27, 2025, Deputy High Court Judge Jonathan Wong of the High Court of Hong Kong ruled in favor of Sinovac Biotech, Ltd. (Sinovac), 1Globe Capital LLC (1Globe), and OrbiMed Partners Master Fund Limited (OrbiMed), refusing Prime Success, L.P.’s ex parte application for urgent injunctive relief in aid of arbitration. The court also declined an application by Vivo Capital, LLC and its affiliates to join the ex parte application.

On July 31, 2023, The Longreach Group announced that it had, together with the founder family minority shareholders, completed the sale of all the issued and outstanding shares in Quasar Medical to funds managed by Boyu Capital. The deal value was not disclosed. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati represented Boyu Capital in this acquisition.

Wilson Sonsini Represents WuXi AppTec in Acquisition of OXGENE
On March 2, 2021, WuXi AppTec, a leading global provider of R&D- and manufacturing-enabling services in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries, announced that it has completed its acquisition of OXGENE, a pioneering United Kingdom-based contract research and development organization that designs and develops scalable gene therapy technologies. The acquisition enables WuXi AppTec to offer its customers end-to-end support in the creation and development of cutting-edge cell and gene therapies for patients in need worldwide. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati represented WuXi AppTec in the transaction, in collaboration with Taylor Wessing, which served as UK counsel.
OXGENE will become a fully owned subsidiary of WuXi Advanced Therapies (WuXi ATU), WuXi AppTec’s cell and gene therapy contract testing, development, and manufacturing organization business unit. WuXi ATU's integrated platforms transform the development, testing, manufacturing, and commercialization of cell and gene therapy products and accelerate their time to market. OXGENE, which will retain its name, will be WuXi ATU's first facility in Europe and will further enhance these industry-leading capabilities.

VeriSilicon Microelectronics Completes IPO on STAR Market in Shanghai
On August 18, 2020, VeriSilicon Microelectronics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., a leading provider of platform-based, all-round, one-stop custom silicon services and semiconductor IP licensing services, successfully completed its initial public offering and listing on the Sci-Tech Innovation Board (STAR Market) of the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The company priced its IPO at RMB38.53 per share, and the offering raised approximately RMB1.86 billion ($268.8 million). The shares began trading on the STAR Market on August 18, 2020 and closed the day at RMB148 per share, giving the company a total market value of RMB71.5 billion ($10.4 billion). Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati acted as the lead international counsel to the company in the offering.

WuXi AppTec Completes A-Share IPO on Shanghai Stock Exchange
On May 8, 2018, WuXi AppTec, a leading global pharmaceutical and medical device open-access capability and technology platform company, completed its A-share initial public offering and listing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The company issued 104,198,600 shares of common stock in the IPO at a public offering price of RMB21.60 per share. WuXi AppTec's IPO is the first China-based unicorn company to be listed domestically through an A-share offering. Wilson Sonsini acted as the lead international counsel to WuXi AppTec in the public offering and related restructuring. Wilson Sonsini also advised the buyer consortium in the privatization and delisting from the New York Stock Exchange in 2015 of WuXi PharmaTech (Cayman) Inc., WuXi AppTec's predecessor, and the issuer in the spinoff IPO on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong in 2017 of WuXi Biologics (Cayman) Inc., a former subsidiary of WuXi PharmaTech.
