On June 30, 2022, Faeth Therapeutics, a cancer metabolism company, announced the completion of a Series A financing of $47 million led by S2G Ventures. Khosla Ventures and Future Ventures also participated in the Series A, along with additional support from Digitalis, KdT Ventures, AgFunder, and Cantos. On February 9, 2022, Enboarder, an employee engagement platform offering a unique "People Activation" approach to HR programs, announced it has raised $32 million in Series B funding, bringing its total investment to $50 million. The round was led by NewSpring, with participation from previous investors Greycroft and Next Coast Ventures and new investors Golub Capital, Escalate Capital Partner, Alumni Ventures, and Gaingels. Firm Represents SEEIT in $177 Million Acquisition of Commercial District Energy System
On April 6, 2021, SEEIT announced that it has agreed to acquire a 100 percent equity interest in a commercial district energy system, RED-Rochester, LLC (RED), from a fund managed by an affiliate of Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners for an equity cash consideration of approximately $177 million. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati represented SEEIT in the transaction.

RED is one of North America’s largest district energy systems, with 117 MW of steam turbine generators plus boilers, chillers, and other equipment that provide exclusive utility services to commercial and industrial customers within the 1,200-acre Eastman Business Park in Rochester, New York. RED offers 16 onsite services, including electricity, steam, chilled water, wastewater, compressed air, nitrogen, lake water treatment, industrial water distribution, and high purity water distribution.

SEEIT’s acquisition of RED will be funded from existing cash reserves and RCF facilities, which includes the capital raised by SEEIT in its equity fundraising in February. Completion of the acquisition is expected following satisfactory conclusion of customary regulatory conditions and consents.

On December 24, 2020, SEEIT announced that it has agreed to acquire a series of portfolios of commercial and industrial (C&I) on-site solar and energy storage projects in the United States, together with a 50 percent interest in the platform that has created them, Onyx Renewable Partners (Onyx) from funds managed by Blackstone for a consideration of approximately $150 million. Blackstone will remain a 50 percent partner in Onyx. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati represented SEEIT in the transaction.
