On May 7, 2026, Odyssey Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company seeking to transform the standard of care for patients suffering from autoimmune and inflammatory diseases by developing medicines that are designed to precisely target disease pathology, announced the pricing of its upsized initial public offering of 15,500,000 shares of its common stock at an initial public offering price of $18.00 per share. In addition, Odyssey has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,325,000 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. Odyssey’s common stock began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on May 8, 2026, under the ticker symbol “ODTX.” The offering closed on May 11, 2026. On November 20, 2024, Kinematics, a global leader in intelligent motion control, announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire P4Q, an industry leader in electronics for solar tracker controllers, industrial automation, sensors, and cloud-based monitoring. This strategic acquisition will enable Kinematics to better serve the world’s leading solar tracker original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) with expanded global reach and a unified motion control solution that simplifies installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
By integrating P4Q’s capabilities into the Kinematics portfolio of actuators, sensors, and controllers, the combination will offer unprecedented energy efficiency, reliability, and precision to improve utility-scale solar production worldwide. The unified offering will support new and existing projects alike, providing solar tracker customers with the most advanced motion control systems for future installations, while also giving asset owners a path toward upgrading outdated systems. The combined technologies will also become the industry’s most reliable, field-tested, and bankable motion control solution.

On April 4, 2022, AMD announced a definitive agreement to acquire Pensando for approximately $1.9 billion before working capital and other adjustments. Pensando’s distributed services platform includes a high-performance, fully programmable packet processor and comprehensive software stack that accelerate networking, security, storage, and other services for cloud, enterprise, and edge applications. Wilson Sonsini Advises Epic CleanTec in $2.6 Million Seed Funding
On July 30, 2020, Epic CleanTec (Epic), a San Francisco-based sustainability company that has developed a novel approach to onsite wastewater treatment and reuse, announced that it successfully secured $2.6 million in seed funding. Epic is decentralizing wastewater treatment and reuse into individual buildings or groups of buildings, by converting building wastewater into natural, carbon-rich soil amendments and water that can be purified and reused onsite for non-potable applications. The Epic system can help a building reduce its water demand by up to 90 percent, which saves building owners hundreds of thousands of dollars annually on their water and sewer bills. This round of funding will help Epic increase its customer acquisition efforts, expand its team, and strengthen its position as a market leader in onsite water reuse.
