The California competition practice includes several esteemed lawyers, including Brent Snyder and Jeff VanHooreweghe, who lead the practice, and Ben Labow, a former Deputy Attorney General in the antitrust section of the California Attorney General’s Office. The group recently secured a full dismissal for Continental Tire in multidistrict litigation and represents Seagate in litigation alleging price-fixing in HDD suspension assemblies.
