Fred A. Rowley, Jr. co-chairs the firm’s Supreme Court and Appellate practice and is recognized as one of the nation’s foremost appellate lawyers and thought leaders. He has argued more than 70 appeals, including multiple arguments in the U.S. Supreme Court, the California Supreme Court, and the Delaware Supreme Court, and dozens of arguments in federal circuits around the country. His clients range from the blue-chip corporations to marginalized citizens, and his cases involve everything from constitutional rights to international law, from securities and class action matters to intellectual property disputes, from criminal law to complex business torts.
Maureen Ohlhausen co-chairs the firm's Antitrust and Competition practice. A former acting chairman of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and the only FTC commissioner to receive the Robert Pitofsky Lifetime Achievement Award, she advises clients on complex antitrust and consumer protection matters. Sought after for her depth of experience on antitrust and FTC-related issues, Maureen is known for her relationships with officials in the U.S. and abroad.
