In March 2016, the firm represented Morgan Stanley Bank, N.A., and Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc. as lenders, administrative agent, and lead arranger in connection with (i) a $250 million construction loan facility and (ii) a $111,312,000 bridge loan facility for the construction and development of an approximate 257.25 MW wind farm in Texas by a subsidiary of Invenergy Wind Global LLC.
