BTI Consulting Group recently published its “BTI Associate Satisfaction A-Listers 2022: BTI Survey of Law Firms Where Associates Are Happiest,” a series of associate satisfaction and law firm rankings for the eight activities most valued by associates. In total, Wilson Sonsini was ranked among the leading or top firms in 11 areas.
Overall, the firm was named among the “Best of the Best” or “Leaders” in six of the eight categories:
- Helping With Their Career
- Helping Associates Develop a Career Path
- Offering Associates Access to Training
- Mentoring Associates
- Opportunity to Grow Within Their Firm
- Highest Number of Extremely Satisfied Associates
BTI also highlighted the 122 firms with the most women associates giving them the highest marks. Wilson Sonsini was named to the “Best of the Best” list for “Law Firms with Highest Number of Extremely Satisfied Women Associates.” In addition, we were named among the “Leaders” in the following categories:
- Law Firms Best at Helping Women Associates in Their Career
- Law Firms Offering Women Associates Best Access to Training
- Law Firms Where Women Associates Have the Best Opportunity to Grow Within Their Firm
- Law Firms With the Best Paid Women Associates
The results are based on a large-scale independent survey of associates at Am Law 200, global, mid-size, and smaller law firms to uncover the drivers behind associate retention and job satisfaction.
