On May 20, 2020, start-up equity management platform Carta published a guide that was co-produced by Carta, 500 Startups, and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, featuring a template advisor agreement for non-technical business advisors drafted by Wilson Sonsini.  

The template, which can be downloaded here, is featured alongside guidance that helps start-ups figure out how to approach advisors and their incentives.
