On December 10, 2025, Ebb Carbon, an ocean alkalinity enhancement and carbon removal company, announced it had signed a prepurchase agreement with Google to remove 3,500 tons of CO₂ from the atmosphere. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Ebb Carbon on the transaction.
