On December 17, Domio announced that it raised $100 million in a Series B financing round. Domio, founded in 2016, is a technology platform in the travel sector that provides apartment hotel accommodations to group travelers. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Domio in the transaction.
The Series B, which closed in August 2019, was comprised of $50 million in equity and $50 million in debt, and will allow the company to expand its business in the U.S. and globally. The financing was led by GGV Capital, with participation from Eldridge Industries, 3L Capital, Tribeca Venture Partners, SoftBank NY, Tenaya Capital, and Upper90.
