Wilson Sonsini partners Chris Olsen and Lydia Parnes were recently selected for inclusion in Washingtonian's 2017 "Top Lawyers" list. Published biennially, the magazine's editors create the list after surveying hundreds of attorneys previously named to the 2015 list regarding who they considered to be the best among their peers in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area.

This year's list featured Washington's top legal talent in regulatory, transactional, and litigation practice areas, and Chris and Lydia were recognized among a group of 25 attorneys in the cybersecurity category.

Wilson Sonsini was one of only five firms with more than one attorney on the list. Based in the firm's Washington, D.C., office, Lydia and Chris both focus their practice on privacy, data security, online advertising, and general advertising and marketing practices.
