On October 28, 2020, Securities Docket concluded its virtual Securities Enforcement Forum 2020 with the announcement of the “Enforcement 40” for 2020. The list, which recognizes the 40 best securities enforcement defense lawyers in the business, includes Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati partner Caz Hashemi.

The lawyers in the Enforcement 40 for 2020 have been key players in some of the most significant SEC enforcement matters over the past few decades. The list was based on nominations, input from numerous senior lawyers in the field, and considerable research.
