On June 12, 2025, for the second consecutive year, Boston Business Journal named Wilson Sonsini’s Boston office to its 2025 Best Places to Work, an exclusive ranking of the Massachusetts companies that have built outstanding work environments for their people. The 100 companies honored in 2025 range in size and industry, with winners from the technology sector, retail industry, healthcare space, commercial real estate, and more.

Wilson Sonsini has been named among the honorees in the small company category. Best Places to Work honorees are chosen through confidential employee surveys. Companies are chosen based on scoring on a range of factors including job satisfaction, engagement, communication, retention, and teamwork. All the honorees were recognized with an award at the gala awards celebration in Boston.
