Wilson Sonsini litigation partner Ariel Green Anaba has been named to Daily Journal's 2026 "Top 40 Under 40," recognizing California's leading litigators under age 40.

Her profile highlights a complete jury trial victory for microtransit company Via against RideCo, a trial team role defending YouTube and Google in a high-profile bellwether case over social media platform design, and her leadership of a team representing Angie and June Provost and a proposed nationwide class of Black and minority farmers against the USDA.

Ariel thanked fellow litigation partner Luis Li for always pushing her to discover new limits, and credited several other partners and judges as influences along the way. On where litigation is headed, she pointed to the pace of change in technology: "the demand for trial lawyers who can master an unfamiliar technical subject and explain it to a jury will keep growing."
