Please join Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and the Venture Fellows from the UT McCombs School of Business to participate as a mentor in our company formation mock negotiation. The Venture Fellows program is a robust, year-long program for a select group of MBA students focusing on venture capital and private equity.
This signature event features a mock negotiation by the Venture Fellows, who are supported by mentors from the start-up community, including experienced attorneys, entrepreneurs, and investors, as they attempt to sort out their capitalization, IP, governance and other common early-stage issues. We are excited to bring this educational and engaging program back to our offices again, and we look forward to welcoming you to our newly remodeled space. We will begin with networking and fellowship including hors d'oeuvres and beverages and conclude with an optional reception featuring additional food and drinks.
Hosts: Matt Lyons, Robert Suffoletta, Brian Dillavou, and Brandon Middleton-Pratt
