This monthly series is focused on educating innovators and entrepreneurs on the various aspects of technology commercialization, company formation and funding. In addition to staff and students, the Office of Research Affairs welcomes all community members, including other research institutions, to participate in this free seminar series. In this session we will hold an intensive session intended to demystify VC term sheets. This hands-on workshop teaches participants critical elements of terms sheet negotiations between entrepreneurs and venture capitalists. There will be an opportunity for participants to negotiate VC terms via role-play.
