Danielle Naftulin is a partner in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini with over 25 years of experience advising emerging companies and venture capital investors on a broad range of corporate transactions. Her practice focuses on the representation of high-growth life sciences and technology companies and their investors in formation and financing matters, as well as mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, spinouts, and general corporate matters. She has also represented clients in connection with initial public offerings and other public financing and strategic transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Danielle was a partner in the business department at Cooley LLP in Palo Alto. She is an active member of the National Venture Capital Association’s General Counsel Advisory Board and a regular speaker on emerging companies and venture capital for Practising Law Institute, various law schools, and other organizations.
Travis Scheft is a partner in the San Francisco office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he practices corporate and securities law and focuses primarily on start-ups, venture capital transactions, capital markets, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions.
