Europe is increasingly emerging as an attractive destination for international capital, driven by a maturing venture capital ecosystem, strong innovation pipelines, and evolving investment frameworks.
Wilson Sonsini, Chammas & Marcheteau, and Portolano Cavallo will provide an overview of the European VC market, with a main focus on Italy and France, exploring key trends, market dynamics, and the factors that are making the region particularly compelling for US investors. We will also discuss investment structures, regulatory considerations, and available tax incentives, offering a practical perspective on how to approach investments in Europe. Light lunch will be served.
Partner Michael Labriola will join a panel of European experts to explore this timely topic.
