His practice focuses on corporate and securities matters for both public and late-stage private companies, as well as for financial institutions, venture capital firms, and other investors. Austin has represented clients across a wide range of industries, including energy and cleantech, autonomous vehicles, fintech, software, life sciences, medical technology, manufacturing, hospitality, and logistics. Austin works with public and private companies on a range of transactions, including financings, initial public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. He also advises clients on matters such as general corporate law, fiduciary duties, and governance and public company disclosure, as well as reporting with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
