Join Danielle Naftulin, Corporate partner, for a dynamic conversation designed to demystify how boards operate and why governance matters more than ever. This session will explore the role boards play in guiding organizations, overseeing risk, supporting leadership, and fulfilling fiduciary responsibilities.
Our panel of experienced executives and board leaders will discuss how boards are constructed, what makes a board effective, and the realities directors face in today’s increasingly complex environment. Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of board governance and practical insight into the skills, perspectives, and questions that shape successful boardrooms.
