ACI's 15th Forum on Global Encryption, AI, Cloud & Cyber Export Controls
On March 27, 2025, Wilson Sonsini senior counsel Anne Seymour will be speaking as part of ACI’s 15th Forum on Global Encryption, AI, Cloud & Cyber Export Controls. Anne will participate on the topic of “The Most Vexing Encryption, AI, Cloud & Cyber Compliance Dilemmas-Hypothetical Scenarios,” which will explore best practices in mitigating problems and issues surrounding AI. She and fellow speaker Orisia Gammell from SAP will give useful advice for how to ensure compliance in a shifting industry and how to continue keeping up-to-date with new rules and regulations. ACI Passport to Proficiency in the EAR (Export Administration Regulations)
As part of the virtual proficiency series, this Fall the American Conference Institute hosts the highly-anticipated four-week master class on Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Wilson Sonsini senior counsel Jahna Hartwig, and partner Josephine Aiello LeBeau join this year’s conference: “ACI Passport to Proficiency in the EAR”.
