Wilson Sonsini
San Francisco, CA
On Tuesday, February 17th, Wilson Sonsini is pleased to host Founder Blind Spots: The Psychology of Outliers, an in‑person event designed for founders navigating rapid growth and thinking about or actively preparing for an exit.
While founders often focus on market dynamics, valuation, and transaction mechanics, research and lived experience show that many of the most damaging mistakes around exits are psychological rather than strategic. This program explores the predictable mental and emotional patterns that surface before and after exits and how founders can proactively address them.
The session will feature Dave Hersh, founder and former CEO of Jive Software (IPO 2011, $60M+ revenue), current executive coach, and venture investor. Dave brings both firsthand experience and years of coaching founders through exits to help attendees avoid common pitfalls and prepare for what comes next.
Presenters: David Hersh, Founder, Travis Scheft, Member
This is an invite-only event.
