We are excited to provide a primer on the 21st Century Cures Interoperability and Information Blocking Rules for our fourth webinar in our Digital Health series. 

This session will provide a high-level introduction to the interoperability and information-blocking rules. 

Our webinar will cover: 

• An overview of the history and policy drivers behind the push for interoperability in health care. 
• We will explore the regulatory landscape and discuss the various roles of the regulatory authorities, including CMS, ONC, and OIG. 
• Having set the regulatory stage, we will focus on the rules from a health technology perspective and walk through the regulated actors, the required data, and the exceptions.
